1. Service purpose
Kink Notary provides identity verification and notarial services for documents presented by consenting adults. Our services confirm only that signers appeared as required, provided satisfactory evidence of identity, and completed the applicable acknowledgment or other authorized notarial act voluntarily.
We do not validate, approve, supervise, enforce, or participate in the contents of an agreement.
2. Consent and legality
Notarization does not make personal conduct lawful or guarantee that a document is legally enforceable. No document may waive legal rights, eliminate personal autonomy, or authorize illegal activity. Consent may be withdrawn by any person at any time.
3. Harm and coercion
Kink Notary will not proceed with a document that appears to involve minors, trafficking, exchange of sexual services for compensation, threats, coercion, force, duress, loss of personhood, purported ownership of a human being, waiver of legal rights, or conduct outside legal limits.
4. Right to refuse service
Kink Notary may stop or refuse service when identity cannot be established, a signer appears impaired or distressed, pressure or coercion is observed, the document raises legal or ethical concerns, the requested act is not authorized, required parties or witnesses are absent, or any other lawful basis for refusal applies.
5. Non-participation
Kink Notary does not witness, supervise, monitor, endorse, or participate in any activities referenced by an agreement. Services are administrative and, where requested, ceremonial only.
6. Privacy and confidentiality
Client information is handled discreetly and stored only as required for the notarial act, legal compliance, billing, security, or a specifically requested service. Information is not shared with community members, venues, partners, or organizations without written permission, except when required by law.
Clients should avoid sending unnecessary intimate details, identification numbers, or sensitive records through ordinary email or the general booking request.
7. Safeword and withdrawal of consent
Every consent-focused agreement should contain a clear safeword, STOP signal, or equivalent protocol suitable for the parties' circumstances. Withdrawal of consent must be respected immediately. A revocation form is available as an optional record; revocation does not depend on notarization to be valid as a personal boundary.
8. Reporting obligations
Confidentiality is subject to applicable law. If credible evidence of abuse, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual harm, or another reportable circumstance is discovered, Kink Notary may be required or permitted to contact appropriate authorities or emergency services.
